Nasrec - too fast for most
The 4th event of the SC series was hosted by the AR club, this time the inner
area of the Nasrec grounds (Expo Centre) was used to great effect, however for
those of us not running at sub 5in/km pace there was no chance. There were a
couple of places that were set out to catch you if you were not paying
attention, knowing when fences were crossable and using tunnels and underpasses,
could have saved or cost you a number of seconds.
